Vanitas with cat skull is a warning about the effects of a covid lockdown on mankind and the economy.
The glass bell dome is normally used to protect items but in this painting, it is housing death in the form of a cat skull. (death to the economy, livelihoods etc)
The Zebra Haworthia succulent represents life and growth outside of the glass bell dome. I found the cat skull just before the lockdown whilst on a walk.
